I found a few good deals, so it’s not a bad place to shop, but once shipping was added, it didn’t feel that cheap anymore. I also got the vibe that I was being talked down to a bit when I had a question, which made the whole experience less enjoyable

Returning my order ended up being such a hassle. Every time I asked about the refund, I kept getting told it was because of their policy or processing rules, which just felt like an excuse after a while. I get that refunds take time, but this dragged on way too long and was really frustrating.

Ordered 4 things from a live sale. Only 2 were actually right. One was a completely different size, and another wasn’t even the item I clicked on. Just kind of sat there staring at the package like... really?

I went back and checked my order page because I thought maybe I messed up. Nope. The right items were listed there. So somewhere between the sale and shipping, things just got packed totally wrong.
Support took forever and kept asking for pictures. I sent what they asked for, but it never felt like a real fix was coming. Mistakes happen, sure, but half the order being wrong is a lot. I’m not using popshop.live again

My gut told me something wasn’t quite right during checkout because the payment just kept loading. I ended up having to try twice before it finally went through. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process felt kind of messy and frustrating.

I’ve checked out Popshop.live a few times because they always seem to have a ton of promos going on, but the discounts were kind of confusing. Some items looked like a really good deal at first, and then shipping and fees popped up and made it feel way less exciting.

I also tried using a coupon, but of course it didn’t work on the stuff I actually wanted. There are decent deals here and there, but for me it’s not something I’d keep checking all the time. It just feels like MORE WORK than it’s worth sometimes

I tried contacting popshop.live support twice about an issue with my order, i’m just sitting here thinking, “Okay… is anyone actually going to respond?” No update, no help, nothing. It’s really frustrating when all you need is a simple answer and you’re left waiting with no clue what’s going on.

I was expecting this to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, but it took forever to show up. The wait was frustrating, especially because I thought it would get here much sooner

The community side felt dead to me. I signed up thinking there’d be chats, seller updates, and some actual back-and-forth, but most of it was either super quiet or just random promo stuff. When people did ask questions, it didn’t really seem like anyone from the site was Paying attention. Maybe some sellers have their own little crowd already, but as a new user, it Felt hard to connect. Just wasn’t for me

This was disappointing. It felt cheaply made right out of the box, and it broke after just one day of use. What made it more annoying was that the communication around the product wasn’t clear, so I wasn’t even sure what to expect or how to handle the issue. Definitely not worth it for me.

I gave them another shot , but both of my orders showed up late . I’m probably not ordering from them again .

popshop.live has been kinda mixed for me. One order went totally fine, no issues at all, but another seller was slow to respond and I wasn’t really sure what was going on with shipping. I’d probably just read reviews first and not spend a ton on your first order. It’s not bad, you just have to be a little

I actually really liked watching the live sellers, and the idea is fun, but the app kept freezing on me. My order update was literally so slow, and while chat support did reply, they didn’t really fix anything. It’s fine when it works, but overall it felt kind of messy for shopping.

I really want to like this app because the concept is actually solid. But then it freezes during live streams, the search feels like it was organized by throwing everything in a drawer, and checkout sometimes takes so long you start questioning your life choices. So yeah, fun in theory, mildly exhausting in practice
